Simon Pitt, Director

With a background in Computer Science and Voice Engineering Simon's experience is invaluable to the company. Simon specialises in Voice, Linux, Windows Servers and Windows Desktop Support.

Oliver Eames, Director

Oliver's background is in Datacommunications and Electronic Engineering. Oliver's skills are in Computer Networks, Web Programming, Linux, and Windows Servers and Windows Desktop Support.

Robert Bain, Senior 2nd Line Technical Support

Rob joined IT3 in February 2018. He has excelled in providing solutions for issues especially where programming skills are required. He has a love of 'all things technical' and enjoys 'tinkering' with his 3D printer and home network.

Joshua Willow, 2nd Line Technical Support

Josh started his IT career in his mid-teens and quickly came to enjoy the intricacies and success of solving technical issues.

Charlotte McConnell, Senior 1st Line Technical Support

Charlotte joined IT3 in March 2020. She had exactly 1 week in the office to meet the team before COVID-19 lock down! Charlotte is an experienced IT Support Technician and has very quickly become a key member of the team.

Kyle Smith, 1st Line Technical Support

Kyle started with the team in October 2021.
Joining from working in EPOS IT support for the restaurant and hospitality industry for the last 3 years.
Kyle is a keen learner and is interested in how all the minutia and "magic" works as well as helping customers resolve their issues.

Rhys Crockett, 1st Line Technical Support

Rhys started with us in September of 2022 and is quickly getting to know each of our customers.

Joshula Holmes, 1st Line Technical Support

Joining us just before the new year, Josh has hit the ground running in our tech support team. He's getting to know our customers at a lightning pace and proving to be an invaluable asset.

Ryan Joined in 2024, he's learning the ropes and is quickly gaining experience.

Faye is our IT Helpdesk Administrator and she's dedicated to providing top-notch assistance and solutions to both our helpdesk team and all our customers.
