Simon Pitt, MD and Technical Support

With a background in Computer Science and Voice Engineering Simon's experience is invaluable to the company. Simon specialises in Voice, Linux, Windows Servers and Windows Desktop Support.

Oliver Eames, MD and Technical Support

Oliver's background is in Datacommunications and Electronic Engineering. Oliver's skills are in Computer Networks, Web Programming, Linux, and Windows Servers and Windows Desktop Support.

Ethan Court, 2nd Line Technical Support

Ethan joined IT3 in October 2016. He has quickly shown himself to be somewhat of a specialist in ticket crunching that has earned him the title of the 'Ticket Terminator'.

Robert Bain, 2nd Line Technical Support

Rob joined IT3 in February 2018. He has excelled in providing solutions for issues especially where programming skills are required. He has a love of 'all things technical' and enjoys 'tinkering' with his 3D printer and home network.

Charlotte McConnell, 1st Line Technical Support

Charlotte joined IT3 in March 2020. She had exactly 1 week in the office to meet the team before COVID-19 lock down! Charlotte is an experienced IT Support Technician and has very quickly become a key member of the team.

Joseph Smith, 1st Line Technical Support

Joe joined the team in August 2020. With a keen interest in tinkering with technology, Joe is always on the lookout to pick up new technical knowledge and helping assist customers with their IT systems.

Mark Whitehouse, 1st Line Technical Support

Joining the team in September, Mark has been a PC enthusiast since 1994 when he bought his first PC, and is particularly fond of high performance hardware, overclocking and bench-marking. He's thrilled to join the IT3 team, and looks forward to assisting and helping our customers with their technical support requirements.

Lauren Miles, 1st Line Technical Support

Lauren joined IT3 in January 2022. With a background in Information Security & Teaching Computer Science for the past 5 years, Lauren has a keen interest in providing excellent customer service as well as picking up new technical knowledge.

Kyle Smith, 1st Line Technical Support

Kyle started with the team in October 2021.
Joining from working in EPOS IT support for the restaurant and hospitality industry for the last 3 years.
Kyle is a keen learner and is interested in how all the minutia and "magic" works as well as helping customers resolve their issues.

Will Merewood, 1st Line Technical Support

Will started in January 2022. He's been a PC enthusiast for 12 years. His customer service and troubleshooting skills make him an excellent asset to our team.

Sarah Pitt, Marketing

Sarah is our marketing guru helping the business to grow and build its brand.

Joanna Eames, HR Manager

Jo joined us in 2012 and as well as HR, does the voiceovers for our clients' telephony recordings.
